Dear Gator Families,

 

I am writing to share an important update with our families using Right at School child care. Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, Right at School will no longer be a service provider on our campus. We are grateful to the Right at School staff for their care and service to our students throughout their time with us.

 

As you may know, a Request for Proposal (RFP) was recently conducted for child care facility use on our campus. In accordance with  RFP guidelines, a school committee, which included staff and parent representation, was formed to review proposals and presentations, before making a final selection. As part of this year’s process, the selected provider would also assume responsibility for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) services, which are currently provided through Right At School. Following a competitive process, Kids Country was awarded the  contract.

 

Please note that San Ramon Valley Unified School District (SRVUSD) acts strictly as a landlord in this facility lease process. Kids’ Country independently determines their own enrollment processes, potential waitlists, and the total amount of space they choose to lease. 

If your family qualified for free or reduced ELO-P services this school year, please refer to the email sent on May 15, 2026 which provided additional information for qualifications or fee reductions for the 2026-27 school year.

Because our school administration and staff have no decision-making control over operations, capacity, or admissions, all questions regarding scheduling, registration, and waitlists must be directed to Kids’Country.
